The Studio Room :     31 sq'm,  daylight   , professionally acoustically treated , full of well maintained music and computer gear for mixing and production. 

How you would use it :     Either as a long term partner , or as a pay-according to use special deal. You will come with your laptop, and connect to a top of the UAD interface system , double A / B monitors and all other keyboard controllers etc.  It's great for vocal recordings ! 

Who should you be : A musician / producer who wants to work alone in a professional environment to improve mixing, mastering and production. 

Who it's not suitable for : Loud musicians, drummers, smokers, groups, bands etc. this is a clean and sterile kind of place. 

PRICES : vary from 150 - to 350 average monthly, depending on your usage profile and the deal we make.  Great deal options for you if you use up studio ''down times''
